First and foremost Jaclyn is the wife of Stephen Roth, and has three children one girl and two boy's ages 23, 16, and 13, with the girl being in the middle. She enjoys Kentucky football, the beach, and to her nothing is better than family time that provides pure laughter and joy in the air.

On the professional side she is passionate about her career. She enjoys the challenges it brings and collaborating with others in making a healthcare system that's able to provide for all  at the right time, with the right provider,  at the right cost regardless of age, sex, or pre-existing conditions. 

Jaclyn Roth has nearly 20 years in the healthcare industry working for several
major issuers with experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial
Markets.  Jaclyn's primary focus has been on Provider Engagement and Network Development, and Operational Functions. 

Prior to Jaclyn entering into the Health Plan space she worked on the physician side as a Manager for a independently owned family practice. she knows first hand what the challenges are for Health Plans and the Provider Community. 

Jaclyn has a proven successful record of relationship building with key stakeholders using her "Super Power" skills to level set any situation and form strategies for positive outcomes. Communication is key!

Her strengths are implementation, network strategy, and supporting
operational functions by building policies and procedures to meet not only state and federal government requirements but NCQA as well. She has proven to be able to make hard decisions when needed. She has been a leader her entire career by demonstrating a strong work ethic and being able to listen to others, and conquering the biggest obstacles including standing up health plans, expanding networks, and  working with providers to improve their daily office work flows.
